My NYC Marathon training Schedule

Well, after this pregnancy and delivery I really needed something to get me focused and going again to get back down to goal weight. What better way to do that but to set an extremely aggressive goal? So I decided I was going to start training for the NYC marathon. Initially, I thought I had a whole year, but then realized I was mistaken. It's less than 6 months away. Lucky for me I found this great training schedule. I totally know I can do this. I can do anything I set my mind to. I am gearing up for this. I decided to actually take my rest day yesterday and only did a 30 min power walk, and my knees are thanking me for it... So here is the schedule. I know I can do this!! :)
